A few of the foods such as the Chlorella and the Mushrooms are grown in state-of-the art farms purposely designed to create a contained environment for the best nutrient-rich organic stable result. These foods come from a registered organic operator with Organic Farmers & Growers ltd, (GB Organic Certification 2) All these foods have product liability, so are fully insured for you to eat, corresponding with U.K. law. For those with nut allergies, I store the nuts in the same room with other foods. Due to the foods growing on perma-culture farms there can be no guarantee that they have not been in contact with nuts from source. I clean all my storage containers, utensils and work surfaces with intelligent natural cleaning products, (Neways), and reversed osmosis water.
